Passenger Notice – Schedule Revisions Effective Sunday, March 11, 2018

Sonoma County Transit will introduce minor schedule revisions on the routes listed below effective Sunday, March 11, 2018. The revisions reflect changes necessary to improve on-time performance and coordination between Sonoma County Transit and SMART. The next schedule update will be in June.
Summary of Revised Schedules, Effective Sunday, March 11, 2018. Unlisted routes remain unchanged.
34 – The “FAHA (Inside driveway) timepoint has been removed to correct an error. Route 34 will continue to serve the existing stop on Verano Ave. near FAHA.
40/53 – The 3:45pm, 5:15pm and 5:40pm westbound trips have been revised and will now depart at 3:35pm, 5:00pm and 5:35pm, respectively. As a result, the 3:00pm, 4:25pm and 4:55 pm trips now depart earlier at 2:45pm, 4:15pm and 4:50pm, respectively. The 6:15pm eastbound trip will now depart at 6:20pm to allow additional time for SMART transfers. New schedule here.
42 – The 2:50pm southbound trip now leaves earlier at 2:20pm. A new southbound trip at 5:05pm has been added. New schedule here.
56 – Weekday Service: Due to low ridership, the weekday 5:20am southbound trip has been cancelled. The 6:20am trip will now depart at 6:15am. To allow northbound SMART commuters a morning connection, a new northbound Route 56 trip has been added that departs the Airport Blvd. station at 7:15am. This trip connects with the SMART arrival at 7:06am.
In the evening, a new southbound Route 56 trip has been added that departs Cloverdale Depot at 4:45pm, arriving at the Airport Blvd. station at 5:34pm. This trip connects with the southbound SMART departure at 5:49pm.
The current 5:51pm northbound Route 56 trip will now depart at 5:45pm. This trip connects with the northbound SMART arrival at 5:36pm. Due to low ridership, the current 6:51pm weekday trip has been cancelled.
56 – Weekend Service: Due to low ridership, weekend Route 56 service will be suspended effective Sunday, March 11. Reinstatement will be considered when demand warrants. New schedule here.
62 – Multiple trips throughout the day, both northbound and southbound, have had minor time adjustments to better coordinate with SMART, as well as, Sonoma County Transit’s Route 60 serving north county. New schedule here.
